Your appointments are very important to us at Art of Life Salon & Spa. We do understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. In the event that an appointment is canceled within 24 hours prior to your appointment, the credit card on file is automatically charged 50% of your scheduled service value plus any applicable taxes. Same-day appointments cannot be canceled and will be charged the full service value.
A credit card is required to be on file at the time appointments are booked. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment and provide more than 24 hours’ notice, you will not be charged. Our cancellation policy is in place to provide a predictable livelihood for our artists. Thank you so much for your understanding!
Specialty Services Booking Policy
In order to schedule a specialty service, we require a deposit of 50% of the total service at the time of booking. These services include microblading, new lash extension applications, hair extensions, color corrections, and texture services. This is non-refundable and will be applied to the final bill at the time of checkout. If you need to reschedule, please let us know 48 hours in advance, and we will apply the deposit to the rescheduled appointment. If you fail to arrive at your appointment without proper notice of cancellation or rescheduling it will result in a complete loss of the deposit.
New Guest Policy
At the time of scheduling an appointment, we will collect a credit card to be stored securely on file. In the event that an appointment is canceled less than 24 hours in advance, the credit card on file is automatically charged 50% of the service fee. If you fail to arrive at your appointment without proper notice of cancellation or rescheduling, you will be charged the full value of your scheduled service.
